In-house plastic injection molding

Quality right from the start: We manufacture all molded parts from our own tools in our in-house plastic injection molding shop. We guarantee precision and flexibility with state-of-the-art injection moulding systems with a clamping force of 80 to 750 tons and the ability to process different types of material directly on site.

Enclosure in special colors

For special colours, we either use base materials that have already been pigmented or we colour natural materials by adding a highly concentrated colour batch.

In both cases, the material is fully through-coloured and can be installed and processed without any limitations. Depending on the enclosure size, the production of special materials and special colours is possible from a quantity of 500 to 2.000 enclosures.
