Special colors

Most of our standard enclosures are gray. But that doesn't mean we can't do color! We believe that our product world is colorful and just as diverse as our customers' requirements.

Special colours for plastic enclosures

Within our in-house plastic injection production, we produce all moulded parts from our own tools. In case of special colours, we either use already coloured base materials or we colour natural materials by adding highly concentrated colour batch.

In both cases the material is fully coloured and can be used and processed as usual. Depending on the size, a special colouring is possible from a quantity of 500 and above.

Coloured enclosure solutions - individual, functional, unique

In principle, all of our standard catalog items are available in special colours if required. This allows us to offer our customers the option of customizing the colour of the selected enclosure. The advantages are obvious:

Special colours for aluminum enclosure

Depending on the order quantity and customer specifications, we can apply special colours to aluminum as powder or wet paint coatings.

Powder coating

Powder coating uses an electrostatic process. The electrically charged powder particles adhere to the surface of the enclosure and are baked at approx. 220°C in a continuous oven. As a pre-treatment, a chrome-free passivation of the enclosure is carried out, whereby a significant increase in corrosion protection is achieved. Our high-quality polyester powders are UV-stable and available in various colors, textures and gloss levels.

Wet paint

Especially for small series of up to 50 units, we produce special colors in water-based or solvent-based wet paint. By using renowned paint manufacturers, we also achieve good corrosion protection with this coating. On request, the enclosure can also be pre-treated with a special primer. Special wet paint systems are often prescribed for railroad and shipping technology applications.

RAL colours

With our wide range of RAL colour options, you can choose the perfect enclosure for your needs and ensure it fits seamlessly into your design concept. From vibrant accents to subtle shades, we offer the ability to customize your enclosures.

For special colour requests, please specify the texture, gloss level, and colour shade according to RAL, HKS, or Pantone.
